1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 558h ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://558h.tech and all associated products and services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the 558h platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

558h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 558h following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 558h platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds — including deposits and any associated winnings — will be withheld pending investigation and returned or confiscated in accordance with applicable law.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain a 558h account:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• You do not hold another active 558h account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under these Terms.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services or self-excluded from the 558h platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 558h or its affiliated companies and game providers.

558h employs age verification controls at the point of registration and at the point of withdrawal. Where there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended pending verification. 558h takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases where underage access is suspected or confirmed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money products on 558h, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

558h operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each person may hold only one registered account on the platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 558h reserves the right to close all accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated login tools. Any activity that occurs under your 558h account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 558h support immediately at [email protected]. 558h will investigate and may temporarily suspend account access while the matter is being reviewed. 558h is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

558h may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point during their use of the platform — including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when activity patterns trigger a review. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address issued within the last three months, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Until KYC verification is completed, 558h may place restrictions on withdrawals and certain platform features.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

558h accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor. 558h does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 558h accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 558h reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment source and suspend the account where a third-party deposit is identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your 558h account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified Real Money Funds balance.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.

558h aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three business days. 558h reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. No fees are charged by 558h on standard withdrawals via bKash or Nagad.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets on the 558h platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to transactions made in BDT. Players depositing via international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) in a currency other than BDT may be subject to foreign exchange conversion fees imposed by their card issuer, for which 558h bears no responsibility.

5. Bonus Policy & Promotions

558h offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. In all cases, the specific bonus terms displayed at the point of offer take precedence over the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated clearly in each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of that period and are removed from the account without compensation.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

558h takes the integrity of its promotional programme seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using betting patterns — such as low-risk arbitrage, opposing bets, or stake cancellation strategies — that exploit bonus terms rather than represent genuine gameplay.
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Colluding with other players to collectively exploit a promotional offer.

5.3 Promotional Modifications

558h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to the original terms. 558h's decision on all promotional matters is final.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the 558h platform, you agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 558h platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using any software, bot, automated script, artificial intelligence tool, or other technical device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software error, technical fault, or miscalculated odds to place bets that a player knows or should reasonably know do not reflect the intended market.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with betting on the 558h platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content via any communication feature on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software component of the 558h platform.
• Using the platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

558h reserves the right to take immediate remedial action — including account suspension, balance withholding, and permanent ban — in response to any confirmed or suspected prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, 558h will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 558h account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to processing the closure, 558h will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your account at the point of confirmed closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds remaining in your account at the point of closure are forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for dedicated tools and guidance. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and without delay.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 558h

558h reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement.
• Detection of prohibited software or technical exploitation of platform systems.

Where an account is closed by 558h as a result of a Terms violation, 558h reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, any Real Money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 558h will notify the player at the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after the notification period. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time before the balance is exhausted.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Limitation of Liability

558h provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted, secure, and accurate service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 558h shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

558h accepts no liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, Acts of God, civil unrest, or regulatory intervention. In all cases, 558h's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including display errors, disconnection events, or software faults — 558h reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid. This applies to all games on the platform including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 558h platform or these Terms, you should contact the 558h support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation. 558h will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.

558h's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, and account actions is final. Where a player remains dissatisfied following the internal resolution process, they may seek independent advice through appropriate consumer protection or dispute resolution channels available in their jurisdiction.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 558h is incorporated. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
